There are an awful lot of people out there that do not know that they are Linchpins, they need to know that they are authorized to self-identify - and others need to validate them by telling them. &quot;Hey, you are a Linchpin&quot;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I love the idea of the &quot;Linchpin Standards&quot; in performance evaluations, in fact, I am going to implement that concept immediately (since I am doings evals for my entire staff right now).
