About
About Justin McCullough
Always optimistic about the potential of a business, Justin invests his energy in the power of what “could be” instead of “what has always been”. Fueled by ideas, driven to succeed and willing to work for it, Justin is an action guy (who also thinks about life lessons, helping others, and leadership)
Justin is a mentor, marketer and salesman focused on leading (and following) people with purpose and passion for business and personal development. He is both a mentor and student of sales, entrepreneurialism, and marketing. Like many great marketers, he is an online advocate and embraces technology and social media for its ability to enhance relationships and one-on-one interaction. With equal parts thirst for knowledge and passion for teaching, Justin has lead businesses and teams in retail, technology, media, and publishing.
He has launched magazines, newspapers, websites, and start up businesses. Sometimes called a jack of all trades, Justin has played a variety of roles over the years from writer to graphic designer, manager to salesman, marketer to owner and follower to leader. His recurring service to businesses is seeing the best of a company, developing a strategy, and creating a plan of action that results in success – sometimes easy successes, and sometimes hard, painful, and necessarily difficult successes. Admittedly, sometimes the plan is flawed and needs revisions on the fly, but that’s life!

A few ways you can reach Justin.
Justin is always what it appears to be – no games or side-speak and never an unclear objective or agenda.
What Justin learned from his dad
As a second generation entrepreneur of a worldwide business with multiple offices on the east and west coast, Glen takes credit for laying the foundation of Justin’s business mind. Glen was always working on client problems and providing the highest level of service (and output) in his industry creating a vivid picture of business for Justin at an early age. Long before a person could be Googled, dad taught Justin the importance of integrity and honesty in life and business – often saying:
“You can change your job, but you can never change your name”
The message stuck and to this day you can find Justin repeating this line to strangers, friends, and team members.
This and many other factors lead to the Leader4hire label.
